if that fabulous job offer I got in central London hadn’t been made redundant one week after my offer, then I never would’ve accepted the role I’ve been in for the past 10 months which has eventually led me to leave finance and pursue my culinary passions. while my plan hasn’t been completely mapped out and the future income won’t compare to finance – at least I’ll be happy and working my butt off for something I actually love to do right?!

I’m all for it – hey at least we know the world will always need accountants… it’s a good backup plan right?
