ABOUT FRESH is BACK
After graduating from Harvard in 2007, I thought I could have it all: enjoy work, maintain outside activities, and have an active social life.
But just a year into my corporate job out of college, I had reached the point where I was drowning in spreadsheets and dreaming about Excel at night. I had forged a permanent shape in my office chair. Instead of feeling enlightened by work, I felt like I was slowly losing brain cells.
I started thinking about ditching the safety of my job and becoming something crazy, like an actress, or a used car salesman, or… a writer.
And so here it is: my first baby steps to taking on a full-time writing career. FRESH is BACK aims to provide humorous commentary on the world around us. At times, I will also offer my thoughts on the young professional life. While some of my posts will be general in nature, I plan to start chronicling my journey from the business side to the creative. I welcome your feedback and thoughts at: freshisbackblog@gmail.com.
